By downloading or using the Dua-Requests, these terms will automatically apply to you. Please read them carefully before using the app.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Dua-Requests, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using this app, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.

2. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may register via Email, Google, or use a Guest account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and device access. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

3. User Generated Content (UGC)

Dua-Requests allows users to post content, including text and comments. You retain ownership of your content, but you grant Dua-Requests a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content within the app.

4. Moderation and Enforcement

To ensure a safe community for Muslims:

• Reporting: Users can report objectionable content or abusive users immediately via the "Report" button found on every post and comment.
• Removal: We will review reports within 24 hours and remove content that violates these terms.
• Banning: We reserve the right to ban or suspend any user who violates these terms or engages in abusive behavior. Banned users will lose access to their accounts immediately.

5. Privacy

Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect and use your information.

6. Media Uploads

Currently, Dua-Requests does not support media uploads (photos/videos). Any attempt to bypass this limitation or inject malicious code is strictly prohibited.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties that the app will meet your requirements or be available on an uninterrupted, secure, or error-free basis.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of USA. Dua-Requests and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of USA shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
